The Organization Committee of the ARC was formed following the terms of the ARC Bylaws. The Organization Committee is established to consider changes to the Alliance Bylaws and to make recommendations to the ARC. The ARC shall appoint members and the Chair or Co-chairs of the Organization Committee that reflect the broad diversity of the ARC membership with respect to geographic location, land area and population within the watershed, and type of public agency.
