From Ammunition to Yard Waste, this on-line guide is intended to help Rouge River Watershed residents with recycling and disposal of household hazardous wastes. It was modeled after a similar guide published by Wayne County Department of Environment.
Properly disposing of household hazardous waste (HHW) is an important step every homeowner can take to positively impact our waterways. HHW can be harmful to the environment when improperly disposed of in the trash or in a drain.
This entire guide can be printed, but it is designed to allow readers to click on a specific topic to access information.
