At the close of the morning Wayne County Executive Warren C. Evans will continue celebrating the grand opening of the almost 2-decade long Rouge River Oxbow Restoration at The Henry Ford. This project, lead by Wayne County, re-connects the oxbow at The Henry Ford to the Rouge River. A tour of the oxbow will follow the grand opening event.
